Using the service

IT Hot Seat provides AI-generated practice feedback for job interviews. You must be 18 or older. Do not misuse the service, attempt to overload it, or try to access it in ways we do not provide.

No guarantees

Feedback is generated by AI and may be wrong or incomplete. It is not professional career advice and it does not guarantee any interview outcome or job offer.

Free practice and Pro

Each person gets one free practice interview, unlocked with a verified email address. One per person: please do not use extra or temporary addresses. We may limit free use per email, network and device to prevent abuse. Pro costs $12 per month, billed through Stripe, and renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription in the app; your access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund requests are handled case by case: contact admin@vigiledgeai.com.

30-day pass

The 30-day pass is a one-time payment. It gives Pro access for 30 days from purchase and does not renew. There is nothing to cancel.

Help Desk Field Guide

The Field Guide is included with the 30-day pass (for the length of the pass) and with Pro (while subscribed). Bought on its own, it is a one-time payment that gives you ongoing access to the guide, including modules added later while we offer it. It is general training material: always follow your employer's procedures.

Veteran discount

Verified military members, veterans and eligible family members get a discount after verifying their status with ID.me. Each verification applies to one purchase. We may change or end the discount for new purchases.

Signing in

You can unlock Pro on a device with a one-time link sent to the email you paid with (if email sign-in is offered), or with your recovery code. Keep your recovery code and sign-in links private. Anyone with them can use your subscription.

Availability

We may change, pause or discontinue features. The service is provided as is, to the extent allowed by law.
