Questions
Is my voice recorded?
Your answer is turned into text by a speech-to-text service while you practice. We do not keep the audio. Only the text of your answers is used for your review, and we do not save that either.
Do you keep my answers?
We don't keep a copy. Your answers are sent to an AI provider to generate the review, and the page shows the result. Close the tab and it's gone.
Which browsers support voice?
Current desktop and phone browsers. If yours does not support recording, you can type your answers and everything else works the same.
Is this a replacement for a human mock interview?
No. It's for repetition: practicing out loud and getting fast, specific feedback. A person is still the best judge of your fit for a company.
How do I cancel Pro?
From the app, choose Manage subscription. You can cancel there at any time.
What's the difference between the pass and monthly?
The 30-day pass is one payment of $19 for 30 days of Pro, and it doesn't renew. Monthly is $12 a month until you cancel, for longer job searches.
How does the veteran discount work?
Enter code VETS25 on the checkout page (look for "Add promotion code"). 25% comes off the 30-day pass, the Field Guide, or your first month of Pro. It’s on the honor system for veterans, service members and their families.
